Infertility affects 10-15% of couples of reproductive age . The contribution of factors related to male is between 30-50% . Failu res in spermatogenesis are among the main reasons with 50% of cases . However, more than 60% of these cases the origin of reduction in testicular function is unknown . Chromosomal abnormalities are confimed as one of the common causes of male infertility, the incidence of around 20% is observed in men with azoospermia.
